1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservation Confirmation: To secure your tour, a deposit of 20% is required, and the booking is confirmed upon receipt of this deposit. Final payment is 1 week before the tour start date.

1.2. Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, and cash.

1.3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start time for a 80% refund if paid in full and non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour may result in a partial or no refund.

2. Tour Details

2.1. Tour Itinerary: Our 4 day tours are carefully planned, and we strive to follow the itinerary as closely as possible. However, we may make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or events beyond our control.

2.2. Group Size: We typically operate tours with small groups to ensure a more personalised experience. The maximum group size will be clearly communicated in your tour description.

2.3. Tour Duration: Tour durations are approximate and may vary due to local conditions or group dynamics.

3. Travel Documentation

4.2. Alcohol and Drugs: The use of illegal drugs during our tours are strictly prohibited. Our guides reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence.

4.3. Local Laws and Customs: Please be aware of and respect local laws and customs in Thailand. Failure to do so may result in legal consequences.

5. Safety

5.1. Guide Instructions: Participants are expected to follow the instructions of our tour guides at all times, especially in cases of emergency or safety concerns.

5.2. Health and Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies before the tour. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee medical facilities or immediate medical assistance in remote areas.

5.3. Travel Risks: Adults Tours shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour, unless caused by our negligence.

6.1. Cancellation: In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of your deposit.
